Created by Kyle Draper, a Director of Keller Williams DTLA’s Entertainment Division, Serene Team is in the business of developing meaningful lasting relationships with our clients and adding value to their lives whenever and wherever possible. Leveraging Kyle’s expertise in social media marketing (B.A. from UCLA in Mass Communications), Serene Team succeeds by employing progressive marketing methods such as using targeted Facebook ads narrowcasted to the specific types of individuals Serene Team and our sellers believe are most likely to be interested in the home. Technology and social media have evolved to the point where real estate marketing must be delivered to the right audience in an efficient and engaging manner—anything short of this is outdated and spam.
Serene Team’s mission is to make real estate transactions as smooth and calm of a process for our clients as possible. We go to great lengths to understand our clients’ goals and needs before we provide any input. Everyone’s situation is unique, so we take the time to ask questions and listen to make sure that we can cater our expertise and services to clients’ objectives. We’ve found that constant communication with the clients is the best way to insure the process is calm and peaceful for them. Our clients always know what’s going on and receive regular updates—even if it’s just a friendly check-in during a slow part of the transaction to let them know there isn’t much to update them on. Kyle Draper: Lead Agent
After getting his BA in Communications from UCLA in 2011, Kyle decided to follow in his family’s tradition of real estate (in addition to his mother being an agent, his father is also a real estate attorney). In typical millennial fashion, Kyle has embraced the internet and social media, becoming an expert in social media/online marketing strategies. After years of servicing the real estate needs of his peers, Kyle has become a specialist in working with first time homebuyers, and he regularly hosts seminars on the subject. Kyle’s personality and social skills have taken him far in the industry, as his relationships with other agents continue to yield accepted offers for his clients despite his clients not always having the strongest offers in this highly competitive market where multiple offers have become the norm.
Kyle has an extensive background in music as well. He oversees a recording studio business in the Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles that he established with his lifelong best friend and talented producer/songwriter, David Burris. Kyle’s involvement in the music industry naturally qualified him to become the Associate Director of Keller Williams DTLA’s Entertainment Division—a title Kyle holds very proudly. Working with entertainment clients has proven to be the perfect blending of his two passions: entertainment and real estate, and he’s very excited for the years ahead as the Entertainment Division continues to grow and expand into other cities throughout the country.
Elyse Mills: Transaction Coordinator, Escrow Specialist
Elyse is a Certified Transaction Coordinator, Loan Signing Agent, and Homeowner’s Insurance Agent. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California and is a business professional with a background in administrative operations, management, and sales. She is a mother to her young daughter, and in her spare time she enjoys cooking and traveling.
